POSTTRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER

PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5)The PCL-5 is a 20-item self-report measure of PTSD symptoms based on the DSM-5 symptom criteria for PTSD.

DEPRESSION

Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9)The PHQ-9 is a 9-item self-report measure of depressive symptoms.

PROLONGED GRIEF DISORDER

Prolonged Grief Disorder 13 (PG-13). The PG-13 is a 13-item self-report measure of prolonged, or complicated, grief symptoms.
